Happy Halloween!

We hope everyone had a great Halloween! We had fun - this is the first year that Samantha (aka Little Red Riding Hood) has really gotten into it. She went to several houses in our neighborhood and actually said "trick or treat" and "thank you." There were a few houses she went with the combo "trick or thank you", I guess so she could get a move on and collect more candy. Of course, we now think we need treats at all times of the day. I'm going to give her a couple of days to revel in her loot before I slowly start hiding it from her!!

Andrew the pumpkin slept through most of the trick or treating, though he did get out with us for a bit. We celebrated Connie's birthday Sunday night, and she and Jerry were nice enough to come man our door so we could all head out together.

Samantha decided to go through our bucket of candy and pick out all of the candy corns to save for herself!

Helping me make a special Halloween treat - mummy dogs.

Extra cheese. Want some?

Sugar overload!

WaWa and PaPaw with the pumpkin and Little Red.

Little Red enjoying a sucker and a pumpkin who looks disgusted that he has no say in wearing a ridiculous pumpkin costume.

Just chilling out.

A very proud Daddy.
